The ideal applicant will have previous experience handling export air and sea freight shipments and experience using the Cargowise (CW1) platform.

Duties & Responsibilities include :

Pricing and Quotations

Processing shipments from registration through to job completion

Liaising with customers & arranging all air and or sea order requirements through to transport/collection

Dealing with shipping lines and airlines to arrange bookings & shipping instructions

Export Customs Declarations (EDN) and General export documentation & PRA''s

Processing invoices (billing to clients & posting supplier invoices)

Preparing Dangerous Goods documentation if required ( training & DG accreditation provided if required)

Liaising with overseas agents & completing all documentation 

Liaising with warehouse staff to co-ordinate loading & transport of containers into & out of our facility.

Providing updates and ensuring strong communication to both shippers and all overseas partners

Supporting and assisting the Export Manager in Melbourne with all problem solving and or Operational needs
