A new role has been created to support our ever-expanding 3PL warehousing division.
Working closely with our senior executives & DC managers, you will be the lead in initiating & developing customer relationships. Providing ongoing support for our client’s businesses.
The successful person will have a clear mandate of driving customer outcomes, retention & continual improvement initiatives.
Located at our Erskine Park facility, this newly created role is being introduced to support our expanding customer base.
As a key part of our team, your brief will be to:
Be the front line contact for customer queries
Review daily order requirements & work with our DC team to meet targets
WMS System specialist (INFOR WMS – Training provided)
Oversee the generation & delivery of customer specific reports
Assist with implementation & onboard of new customers
Work closely with the DC team & clients to achieve continual service improvement
