What’s changing?
From March 1, 2025, you’ll need to include item dimensions, packaging type, and weight for every consignment.
Why?
This helps StarTrack improve the efficiency of pick-up and delivery services.
What you need to do:
Make sure your IT team updates the API integration, and your team is ready to provide these details when lodging items.
No action needed if you are already providing these details.
