Delays of which are costing importers and exporters dearly as transport operators begin to pass costs for additional waiting time on to importers and exporters.

Module Issues :
DP World have reported significant issues with 3 of their 8 modules as a result of system upgrades.
DP World recently engaged with Kalmar to assist in troubleshooting with the end result being a rollback of the upgrades to restore optimal functionality.
The expectation is that 1 of the 3 modules should be stabilised and in full working order by late today, with the remaining 2 modules expected to be fully operation over the coming weekend.

Update on recent Protected Industrial Action Impacts:
In relation to protected industrial action (PIA) taken by the Electrical Trade Union (ETU), DP World management have today confirmed that whilst bargaining on the enterprise agreement is ongoing, employees have since returned to normal duties in good faith whilst those negotiations continue.
